How many UK PMs have been bi/multi lingual?

The questions says UK PMs - I believe Tony Blair & Margaret Thatcher both speak French, not that it really matters as interpreters are also on hand during meetings.

You have heard wrong. I have no idea how many presidents have been bilingual, but George Washington was....oh, and then there is the fact that Barack Obama is NOT. He does not speak any other language, (unless he remembers his scripture verses in Arabic, but that is the only Arabic that he knows)

ADDED: Sorry, but Obama does not speak ANY foreign language. He was asked how many languages he could speak after he blasted Americans for not being bilingual....he admitted that he did not speak any foreign language. Do not take my word for it....TAKE BARACK OBAMA'S. Link below.

ADDED: Bush and Carter both spoke Spanish. Bill Clinton speaks German. Early presidents were all bi-lingual at least, and likely spoke Latin and Greek, as they would have learned them in school. So Washington, John Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, and John Q. Adams all had knowledge of Latin and Greek, along with some later college educated presidents, including T. Roosevelt, Taft, Wilson, Hoover, and Kennedy. (And this list is probably not exhaustive.) It is typically accepted that Jefferson spoke 6 languages fluently. I am sure that there are others. But again, BHO SPEAKS ONLY ENGLISH
