sun dried tomato pork loin cooking and recipe ideas?

i have one o f those hormel pork loins marinated in sundried tomato... any summertime dishes would be awesome. never tried this flavor...

    For future, make your own using fresh tomatoes, or those that r prepared, sundried, packed in olive oil.

    Season w some dried herbs.

    Potatoes and root vegs in same dish.

    :) Roast.

    Tad of butter or olive oil or baste in own juice.

    Fresh garlic in foil, w olive oil - roll up like candy. At 350 for about an hour, it will come out like toothpaste for tapinade. :)
