It appears you have not had a man in your life so far. Had you?
Feminism is not about taking men down, its about equality of the genders. Remember this, ok?

It is a balancing act, for absolute certainty. I find that being organized helps a lot. Making lists and having a schedule is key to running a busy household and maintaining a job. Mostly, I find that I need to delegate responsibilities to everyone in the household. I called our family a team and in order for the team to win, we all have to be the best players we can be. So, there are rules and there are consequences. I also learned to not sweat the small stuff because in the scope of life, a spotless house really does not matter.

Men have the option to balance home and child raising responsibilities with their careers by:
1) finding a parenting-friendly job with flexible hours or that permits tele commuting
2) using sick days and vacation days to spend time with the kids and work around the home
3) having a partner who earns enough to help ease the expectation that he must be the "breadwinner"
4) remembering that a kid will cherish memories actually doing things with dad more than spending money earned by dad.

My wife and I do it pretty well together, but we don't have any children to raise.
Get up, go to work, come home, take care of whatever needs to be done around the house. It isn't rocket science.

They don't. They either leave it up to the mom and throw some money at her or leave her in the lurch. Look at how many single moms there are. Look at how big of a problem child support delinquency is.

Through a lot of hard work and patience. And maybe some alcohol on the side. Well, that's how I do it anyway. ;P

It is easy, I wake up, get my daughter off school, go to work, get home and take care of the house and my daughter.
I am only at work 9 hours a day, that leaves me more than enough hours to take care of the house, kids and have fun.
It is only as hard as you make it, or say how hard it is.
EDIT: I love Gender Stu's response and how defensive women get if you actually challenge them on something. It really isn't that hard. But their agenda can't admit that.
