238-180; with 89 Republicans against it (to cut funds) and 102 Democrats for it (to continue funds)! I thought all Republicans were WAR MONGERS and all Democrats were against WAR?

The whole war monger label is actually just liberal propaganda, if you actually look at all the major wars and conflicts the US has been involved in the vast majority if them were actually under a Democrat.
The only major wars that the US has been in under a Republican were pretty much Gulf War, Iraq War and Afghanistan everything else has been under a Democrat from WW1 to Vietnam.
