Where should I submit my work?
I've been drawing manga for a decade and my greatest wish is to become a published manga-ka.
All I really want in life is to draw manga(comic books) and have them published. Someone help me!

Like any published work go to a publisher's website. Find the link where it talks about submission. And submit your portfolio to them with cover letters and resumes.

like trying to publish anything, send a copy of your work to any(every) manga company you know. Dont be scared to send it to companys you havn't even heard of before, just try to get your work out there. :) wish you luck
