Pro-Lifers: I've asked it once before, and I'll ask it once again: a logical argument against abortion:?

I've argued with this stance before, and no one has ever been able to refute it.

Please, if there is *anyone* who can (after reading the link this link, in its entirety:

https://sites.google.com/site/alexisbrookex/aborti...

), point to some logical refutation of the argument against the free will of the individual, please, do so here:

Im pro life. the most popular argument is the fact that the baby is dying. my reason against it is 1. that any women should have the right to do whatever she wants to HER body. 2.in the case of rape: you tell me you can look a child raped by her uncle that she has to keep the baby she not only never even thought of but was forced upon her. 3.health concers from the health of the mother/baby. 4.the parents inability to care for them. i personally know someone whos parents were talked out of abortion. he was raised by his grandparents who never truly cared for him. he's 17 and works 3 jobs(obviously not at the same time, thats impossible) just to pay for his car and insurance; he eats one meal a day to afford the house he rents. he tells me everyday he wishes he was never born and that he wouldnt care if he died because no one wouuld care. was his life worth it?

I'm not a Pro-Lifer, but I read your article anyway & as no-one else is answering I thought I would comment on one small point.

Innocent is not the opposite of guilty; it is the opposite of knowledgeable.

The opposite of guilty is not guilty, which is why those are the two possible verdicts offered by a jury.

    Therefore the sentence:

"Well, sure, my toaster isn't guilty of anything. But then again, my toaster is incapable of thought, so it is logically incapable of being guilty or innocent at all."

    Should read:

"Well, sure, my toaster isn't knowledgeable of anything. But then again, my toaster is incapable of thought, so it is logically incapable of being knowledgeable or innocent at all."

Apart from that I agree wholeheartedly with everything you wrote.
