United Bank of India ATM(International Debit Card) can not accepting Online anywhere?

I have a United bank Of India ATM card Printed on the top International Debit Card & a VISA logo on Right Bottom Side(Accept at any ATM with VISA Logo,written at User Guide).But as a Debit card I can not use it Online Billpay,Mobile Recharge or buying anything.When I trying to use it online Website says Invalid Card Number. Strange thing is this My name is Not printed at this Card But it Ptinted "PRE PROCESSING CARD"(Electronic use only).

I brought this card for Online Transaction,mobile recharge.But I can't Use this card Online.Why?

I Issued this from Kolkata Branch. Any help? & Why My name is not Printed on it?

Is it a Real Debit card or a normal ATM card which can be used only at ATM?

Anyhow I can Use it Online?Any one has card like mine?Please help me ANYONE!!!!!!URGENT!!!

Update:

I even talked to Bank but they didn't Give my answer correctly & was very rough with me.I was a Doubt that is it a Main card or Temporary one but they said its the Main & Original & name Can't be Printed on it.

Please help me,I am in a Big Trouble with my card......

    Electronic use only = ATM withdrawals only or processing transaction in a store on a terminal

    I have a UBI international ATM *** Debit card. It's got a VISA logo printed at the right hand side on the bottom of the card. All I wanna know is whether or not my card can be used for booking rail tickets, flight tickets or hotels online?

    To be more precise, beside withdrawing money from the ATMs can it also be used for booking tickets on sites like irct.com or makemytrip.com? Please help.

    I am sorry to say in India no Bank can issue ATM Card as Int'l Debit Card being close economy and FOREX is not freely transferable.

    As far as i know PREPAID USD Travel card is available by some Bank, Thomas Cook and you can use as Int'l Debit Card to the extent of the limit. So you have to fill it and use it and it is used very commonly by Business Travellers, when they are travelling overseas.

    I am sure I have correct information about India.

    Hi Guyz, All you have to go the below define site and have to register your United Bank Pre processed debit card by your own.

    After registering the card through VBV, you would be able to make the online transaction. I have also tried the same process but system said that my Mobile no. is not updated to the home branch, though I have updated same with my UBI, home branch but no luck. Since couldn t be able to register my card. Hope if your data are correctly inserted to the system you may able to proceed.
