What can be done for milk allergy?

I don't have much problem that often with the stomach aches from it but milk products cause mucus to build in my sinuses. Milk, ice cream, yogurt, butter, cheese, etc. I don't want to stop consuming them.

An intolerence and an allergy are 2 different things. Allergy means you are well, allergic. Intolerence means that you are unable to digest lactose, a sugar in dairy products. Consider eating soy products; A product called Lactaid helps you digest lactose. You can get it at almost any food store.
