I think it's apparent that you made a "stupid" decision when you took the item back for which you were grounded. If you simply cannot respect your parents enough to listen to them, then fall back on "it's their house and their rules." As for the vacation, it's really a matter of whether or not you can let go of your anger enough to enjoy the trip and not regret the decision later. Have a serious discussion with your parents. Communicate with them. If you regret your actions, sincerely apologize to them. If you're still too mad, then explain that to them. While they may not like it, they will understand. Just don't get so caught up in this argument, that you'll regret it later. Your parents love you. That's what truly matters. Something else to consider, be happy they're still letting you go on vacation. They could have not let you go as further punishment.

If i were you, i would go on the trip tomorrow. While you are on the trip, you're parents might forget about you being grounded and let you have fun. Hope I helped :)

I think you should go. Your parents are mad, but it's because they payed for you to go and wanted to spend time with you. And hey, I'm 14, and I used to go on vacations all the time, but we can't afford to go on any anymore, so be thankful you can :D

Well i think what you did every kid or some kids would do haha. If i was in a bad place with my parents then i really wouldnt want to go anywhere with them but then if you do go with them it could help settle things. You could talk about it with them.

They need to learn to find better hiding spots for your stuff.
