Should I be able to wear a bikini?

I'm almost 15 years old.. 5'5" and about 185 pounds. Yes I know i'm fat. I really wanna wear a bikini top but I have some extra "flab" on my tummy. It's not that i'm not athletic (volleyball, softball, and dance) but I can't seem to get rid of the fat on my tummy and thighs. I'm the only one out of my group of friends that doesn't wear a bikini...What can I do to lose this extra weight and as fast as possible?? But it kinda needs to be a plan I will actually stick to and enjoy...

    You don't need to wait until you lose weight to wear a bikini. You're not that heavy and I'm sure a bikini would still look good on you. Some people have a harder time losing weight than others. If you really can't get the flab off your tummy, it probably isn't that bad anyway. The best thing to do is wear a bikini and have fun!

    3 things

    1. Daily cardio workouts which can be fun things like cycling swimming jogging, ect, basically things that get your heart rate up

    2.Reduce your carbohydrate intake. when you digest carbs if the energy isnt used up then it is converted for storage. easiest way to do this is cut out hogh sugar things like biscuits and cola/soda ect

    2.reduce your fat intake will help but not as much as carbs believe it or not

    hopefully this will help

    as above, HIT training is good as well, and incorporate this into the daily cardio a couple of times a week eg, cycling, rowing act

    HIT-High Intensity Training. It's when you workout giving all you got for about 60sec then rest for 30sec than start all over. It's supposed to help you lose all the extra fat you have.Google it for more and better information. Jumping rope is a good example of this.
