Considering the urine has soaked into the wood and probably the sheet rock or plaster, then anything you do on the surface will have minimal effect. You can try heating the area with a space heater and ventilating the room. Chances are it will subside over time. But without removing and replacing the components that were peed on, you will be hard pressed to "clean" the urine out of them.

You don't need to cover the odor with perfume, you need to remove it. I bought a car whose former owner smoked and It smelled terrible. I went to a auto store and bought this mesh bag filled with some sort of charcoal or rock like things and put it in the car for a week. The smell was totally gone .There are some things that just soak up smells and this really worked for me.It was cheap too.Maybe 5 bucks.

Hmm, well for the carpet you'll need an Extreme Carpet Shampoo that will eliminate the pet odor.

I'd recommend Simple Solution's Extreme Carpet Shampoo. It's a professional strength cleaner, and it works with any carpet cleaning machine.

It really attacks pets stains and removes any leftover residue. Plus, the pet odor is destroyed.

    Best of luck to you!

You have to use an enzyme cleaner like Nature's Miracle. Not sure if it will work if it's soaked all the say through

Try using stuff that isn't just for dogs. I use Odo-Ban. Its like an all around odor remover. If that doesn't work, get proffesionals to check it out and use perfume everywhere! :O
