Another Caylee Anthony Question?
Was the State and the Prosecution 'forced' into a trial by the media and the public before they had enough evidence to win the case?
There is NO statue of limitation on first degree murder in Florida, so why did the Prosecution go to trial with such weak circumstantial evidence? I think they went to trial because public opinion and the media forced their hand.
If the media outcry had been less and the public outcry had been more thoughtful, they may have had more time to build a winning case.

In some respects , yes. the media is to blame for so much of what has gone on in this case. They tried and convicted anthony even before she was arrested.. then they belittled and demeaned her defense team.. called them incapable and made fun of the lead attorney.
The media has way too much influence in everything that goes on these days.. the public has got to learn to stop listening to them.. or at least stop believing them. Remember , they are reporting only what they want, a lol of it outright lies, most of it their own opinions.. they do not really just report news anymore.
The media has a lot to answer for here.. they rushed the prosecution and they whined when they lost because they did not have enough real evidence... the media wanted Anthony convicted and executed because it makes better press for them.. all the while the sanctimonious bastards pretending they gave a sh it about little Caylee.. they didn't , they never do.. its all a story to them.
i despise the media in this country!

The circumstantial evidence was enough to convict her if the jury had cared to study it. I guess if you manage to hide the body so it isn't found until it's skeletonized and been exposed to the elemonts long enough to destroy any DNA, then you can get away with it.
On the other hand, I've seen many cases on TV when the accused was convcicted on practically no circumstantial evidence, and no hard evidence whatsoever.
The jury is at fault here.
