Walking a mile everyday?

So I've been really self conscious about my body lately and well i've noticed that my thighs touch, a lot. It's getting to the point of where the inside of my jeans have holes in them from rubbing together. I can't run a lot because I have a really bad knee from a cheer leading accident. But I can walk at a pretty brisk pace without it hurting too much. I wouldn't say I was "fat" but I have gained a lot of weight since I had to quit cheering due to my fall and injury. But I've been walking a mile and a half everyday as fast as my knee will allow me which is a good pace more like a power walk. Will that help my thighs slim down any?

Oh! Thank you, I forgot that. I cut out all breads. Strictly protein. Lost about 15 lbs just from that, but only in my stomach area, not my thighs.

    You need to put some Vaseline between your thighs and get on the treadmill. Do some cardio programs or weight loss modes, and just run or walk for 30 mins a day on that. It'll be a lot better than just walking on sidewalks.

    You can control your comfort level to your liking and you can stop at any time.
