Actually the one thing that makes gives Teapublicans stiffness or wetness depending upon their gender is the the thought that a person's policies have made a business fail. Business failure means that lawyers make money. Business failures means that ordinary Americans get thrown out of a job. Business failure means ordinary Americans get hurt and Teapublicans love to see ordinary Americans suffer.
What bothers Teapublicans about Mitt is that he hasn't called for doctors & nurses to be beaten to death for providing women's health care services (including abortions), or for providing help for people who cannot afford to pay huge sums to insurance companies.
