How do I lose lots of weight in a month!?
Emergency!!!! I need some great advice on how to lose weight/ medium bell fat in a month! I've slacked in my workouts this past 8 months due to school and other commitments and now I need to lose that weight for my beach vacation in a month...I dont wanna look fat on the beach! My body is the type that if you commit it to a great diet and heavy workouts, I'll lose it quickly as its used to activity but rested for a horrible amount of time. I got a great diet plan set, I just need mostly help on types of workouts, length of them, and any final tips! I used to be fit and atheltic just a year ago, but I look bad now in comparison, but at least I want to lose half of this in a month to be "ok" body, not fat!
Thank you so much!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Well all I can say is start working out again. I'm not really good with workouts but I suggest at least 1 mile a day say 100 crunches, and some weight lifting for about an hour. Just remember it's takes longer to loose weight than gain weight.

that is exactly how I feel! Last year I was alot fitter than I am now! I think it may be stress due to exams, whn I'm stressed I eat! Aha, well once you have your diet set, that's great becuse I find that hard! work outs, everyday do a half hour to an hour workout, this could include crunches, full sit ups, planks, pushups and Hindu sqauts to tone the body, then do aerobic activites such as jogs, running, or go on the wii fit or put an exsersise video on! Also you should do outdoor activites too such as jogging etc, it's good to have fresh air, and routes can vary so it's more interesting!! You could try out zumba classes too or spinning classes. I do spinning and I have a zumba wii game which helps so much!! Hope it helps, it's helping me loads!!! Goodluck :) x

throw up at least one time a day!!! sorry just kidding
just excercise a lot - best cardio like running or biking and eat less, eat breakfast and dont eat directly before sleep, it´s gonna be tough form the beginning you will be very hungry a lot but once your stomach gets tiny you´ll be fine, important thing drink a lot of water!!! not sweet lemonades!!!
this is gonna help you to loose weigh but when you come back form vacation you have to start eating normally again and you will gain weight fast.
good luck be strong!
