Should Nancy Grace go after Amanda Knox?
I am not saying I approve of this, but the day they announced the Anthony verdict, HLN got the highest ratings it ever did.
In the Knox case we have an even prettier white woman who has a guilty verdict. Although it has been proven in court she did it, Miss Knox may soon be released if her Appeal succeeds. Could Nancy apply pressure to make sure that does'nt happen?

It doesn't matter who is guilty or innocent here. what is important is the sex game theory invented by the prosecutor. There were from 1 - 4 people in the apartment at the time of the murder. The prosecution claims that Amanda was dominating Meredith and using the knife in a rape scenario, that became to real and Meredith got stabbed. This story was very popular with the local newspaper readers. Unlike in America, Italy has freedom of the press that allows Jurors to read newspapers that have a story about the case in them.
While the prosecution was not able to prove this nonsense beyond a reasonable doubt, the jury found this sex game stuff so appalling that they convicted everybody they could.
Some of you may think there are innacuracies in my answer, well of course I am an American, so I have seen a story on TV news that explains this in detail.
This is where Nancy Grace comes in we need to see both sides of this story told, along with re-enactments of the more graphic violence.

A Black man named Rudy Guede had already been convicted of the murder of Kercher, at the time Amanda Knox was found guilty.
The prosecutions case is based on evidence that is circumstantial or unbelievably bogus. Many people thought it would be impossible to convict Amanda, with such a ridiculous case. However, a highly skilled and very intelligent, and creative thinking prosecution team were able to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
e.g. 'The DNA test of the blood proves that, Kercher's blood was on the blade of the knife, and Amanda's fingerprints were on the handle" ,that is pretty convincing, if you forgot that both girls lived in the same apartment, and Knox must have used that knife to do other things.
So anyone looking at the ratings charts for HLN could see that HLN needs another Casey Anthony. As a beautiful woman of imperfect character who is involved in a dramatic mystery, Amanda fills he bill.

If it helps justice , why not ? I think it could only help Amanda Knox who I cannot see is guilty of being anything to do with murder. I am from the U.K. and obviously i thought what a wicked american. That pushed me into looking at her case since it all began. She didn't do it, and was not there. It is , as simple as that. Open and shut case perverted by perverted Italian police. Knox may not be a model, she may not be wise aged in the world, and as a teenager should, most definately said a couple of odd things under extreme pressure, but a murderer ? , not a chance.

Nancy Grace just reports on what brings these people to court, even when it's terrible of what they might have done.HLN got the biggest rating because the jury found her innocent of her daughters death and no one could believe it,so the people where in shock,so why not watch it again I did. No matter with all the evidence the prosecution was suppose to of had and what the defense had she never got up and said anything, that did it.That other woman was proven guilty in court so she spends time. It's the proven guilty part that matters and even if you aren't it's still up to the jury to listen to every part in a trial.

"emotions run high on both sides of this case, the prosecution's evidence at this point is looking weaker "
This is similar to the Anthony case. People want the heroine behind bars, but the evidence is weak. That is why the Knox haters need Nancy. You can win a case with weak evidence, if you have faith, and if the jury has faith in the defendants guilt. but 1st a prosecutor must get the jury to be on his side and accept him as their leader.

Nancy Grace has already stated emphatically that the Amanda Knox case is a railroad job from Hell. If Nancy Grace decides to spend further time on this case, her argument will probably only be stronger. In the last several months, Anthony Curatolo, the key prosecution witness who put Amanda and her boyfriend near the crime scene, totally discredited himself by confusing the night he actually saw Amanda and Raffaele and by admitting he was on heroin at the time of the sighting. In addition, the DNA evidence from the knife and bra clasp, as well as the DNA collection and analysis methodology, used to put Amanda and Raffaele at the murder scene was totally discredited by independent experts. Although emotions run high on both sides of this case, the prosecution's evidence at this point is looking weaker and weaker. Since Amanda will probably be released in the next six months and the case is a fascinating one, Nancy Grace would probably only help her ratings if she does a good job at analyzing it.

Why? The Italians did an excellent job of bringing the foolish young American woman to justice. Don't denigrate Italia as something unreliable, not at least now. It's not 1978 anymore and FIATS start every time you get in them. And why should that great nation kowtow to a vulgar Hollywood swine?
No more show trials. We raised Holy Hell during the infamous Soviet show trials during the 1930s-1950s, why do we tolerate the judicial process becoming a form of entertainment for bored people on Xanax, just to make a point?

Justice for Meredith & her poor family would be for knox to stop making frivolous appeals.
Her conviction didn't rest on DNA evidence alone, this appeal only delays the inevitable & the court could ( should ) increase her sentence.
Knox & her supporters must be reminded the Italian judiciary system is perfectly capable of proving guilt The jury hear & saw all the evidence, she was subsequently found her guilty, now except their judgment.

I don't know, guess that's her decision. But, I believe they had enough evidence that she and her boyfriend committed this crime. If they didn't, there would be other evidence in the house that showed someone else could have done it. Then, that person would have been questioned and/or tried for the crime. I don't know a lot about the legal system. I do know that if there was any doubt at all, the jury would not have convicted her. Because I don't think anyone wants a person to go to jail for a crime they had no part in.
