there is enough revenue stream to pay all social security, medcare, and medicaid while still supporting the military. The fourteenth amendment requires that these debts be paid first. All that will happen is the government will run out of money for their political agendas and slush.

Obama has no control over this matter. The authority and management of all government funds are in the hands of congress. The office of POTUS (president) is not even mentioned. So Obama is lying again. So then why ?
The 4.6 trillion surplus you claim is in social security is actually a debt the government owes the American people and is guarateed by the 14th amendment. The reason social security is broke is the government already PONZI's that away. There is no money in social security.

Gee, if SS/Medicare are not sustainable, I know, let's cut FICA payroll taxes that fund them like Obama did last year.
