Any suggestions on what powdered laundry detergent to hand wash dishes with?

I am needing to revert to cheaper ways.

Update:

laundry detergent was used up into the early 70's until liquid dish soap became popular which contains formaldehyde

    laundry detergent shouldnt be used to wash dishes go to the dollar store for a bottle of dish washing soap for a dollar

    Powder laundry detergent won't work for hand washing dishes. There are very inexpensive store-brand dish soaps.
