Invention-to make life easier?

A money machine.

It is hard to predict when a new invention will come along, or even what it will be. There have been several occasions in the past where people have suggested closing the US Patent office because what new inventions could be made, but then new inventions are subsequently discovered. Some scientists before Einstein even thought that there would be no new discoveries in science. Finally, we don't know what invention has been made that is just waiting for someone to figure out just how to use it. Velcro was around for a while before people realized how handy it could be. In fact, many of our modern conveniences were created for some purpose other than what we use them for, such as Alexander Graham Bell's device to talk to his deceased mother. Life is much easier when one can use the telephone to communicate with others.

I like the idea, but when I think up inventions, I like to think of ones that would be possible to make by engineers right now. I think an automatic pooper scooper will still take a few years of robotics.

I think I would prefer... A machine that could compare my horse's weight and breed with the amount of work and plan out the perfect food amounts... Maybe there's something out there like it, but I haven't found it yet!

Right now I'd just be happy with a giant air-conditioned bubble to put over the farm so I could actually ride my horse. It's been in the upper 90's and lower 100's along with humidity in the 80% or higher, so it is equivalent to being oh, 117'F. Fantastic. I haven't ridden my horse since Saturday.

I would also love something to instantly dry mud. We've been getting a ton of rain in my area and my pastures look more like lakes at this point. The dry lots aren't much better...feels ironic calling them dry lots.

But other than money... all I want is a fly spray that ACTUALLY WORKS.

I would say an auto stall cleaner... but cleaning stalls keeps me from getting fat.

A haynet filler, I hate filling haynets

same here...it's soooo annoying and plus my horse poops at least 2 times a day ALWAYS on the cross ties or when i'm leading her, it's like she WANTS me to clean it up lol and her poops are HUGE so i have to make TWO trips with the broom and shovel to clean one up.... *facepalm* i cant even think about it
