I have migranes all the time, and major headrushes that make me nearly fall over when i stand up top quick (lol)
What you could try is:
*Sleeping
*Sleeping at least 8 hours tonight, try to get more
*Dont make sudden movements
*Get up slowly
*Dont rush around
*Dont STRESS. My migranes are caused by stress.
*Make nice, warm foods you enjoy
*Grab some hot chocolate, tea, warm milk, whatever with some chocolate biscuits
*Get in your pjs to feel more relaxed
*Rub your temples lightly and slowly and close your eyes
*Dont look at direct light like lightbulbs, computer screens, the sun etc
*Dont stay on the computer too long!!!!
*Keep cool
*Wrap a little towel around a cube of ice, the rub along forhead slowly. This is great.
*Give yourself a nice facial. Buy a cheap facemask or make your own!
You could try:
Lemon and sugar
Egg
Blended fruit or ANY sort
Etc.
*Make a smothie or a nice drink
*Dont drink alcohol.
Hope i helped,
Love

I'd go to the doctor. You might have a muscle strain on your neck or back, you could have looking at artificial lights such as tv, cell phone, computer too long, you haven't been eating or drinking enough water, or your in a new area with lots of pollution in the air that your maybe not use to.
