Pany calming/relaxing activites?

I'm kinda stressted and not really feeling good about life latly and I need an activity to make me feel better inside and out. Don't say masturbation or sex c'on I'm 13 and okay I tried masturbation but it dosnt calm me down :P and don't say drugs or pot either or ill report abuse cuz it dosnt help at all :(

    Sounds to me like you are a very Intelligent young person and have so much going for you and want something positive in your life.

    Form a basketball, netball or tennis team at school or approach your teacher or local council office in regarding to being involved in a community group to help other youth who are less fortunate than yourself but first discuss it with your parents. Trust me this is very rewarding. I know of a young person at the age of 14 who is an ambassador for anti bullying for his school and local community.

    Find time for the things that matter most. When you choose to read do not read books only to get the story. Gather from the books you read that which would help you in the formation of your character then your reading would do you some good.

    Take up a very special project. Invent something special that will be a blessing to society or take up music, singing, painting, or something that you like.

    When you take up your books and peruse page after page of them, do you ask yourself, What is my object in reading? Am I seeking to gain substantial knowledge? You need to build a right character. Do not talk discouragement and hopelessness. Talk courage.Do your very best in everything that you do.

    As a 13 year old, a teenager you must learn to see with your brain as well as your eyes.You must educate your judgment so that it shall not be feeble and inefficient. You must pray for guidance, and commit your way unto the Lord.

    You must make the most of your time and opportunities, in order to develop a symmetrical character.You will be able to do nothing acceptably in your school life without practicing habits of system and order. Haphazard work will bring certain failure.

    Do not receive flattery.Flattery has been the food upon which many of our youth have been nourished; supposed that they were doing right; but they have been doing wrong.

    Allow no one to be brains for you, allow no one to do your thinking, your investigating, and your praying. Learn to do these things for yourselves unless you have tried and need professional advise from your parents, minister and teachers.

    You can choose to become stereotyped in a wrong course of action because you have not the determination to take yourselves in hand and to reform, or you may cultivate your powers to do the very best kind of service, and then you will find yourselves in demand anywhere and everywhere.

    What would you like to be when you grow up? a doctor, lawyer? Why not do a 1 day a week voluntary work in a field of your choice. Many young people your age also take up weight lifting and do regular exercise which keeps them calm, fit trim and handsome.

    you chould watch tv or listen to music. or if your not the sit on the couch type you could go and play some basketball. the act of shooting a basketball is extremely relaxing and fun in my opinion. You could get a new pair of shoes or a new haircut/makeover. You could go shopping (but don't spend too much money). You could go for a long relaxing jog/walk/bikeride. You could learn a new skill, like playing the piano or something. It would take some time but as you get better at it you will start feeling better about yourself and more accomplished.

    Read a book, that's what I always do. Pratchett when I'm unhappy, or need a distraction, or a horror story when I'm bored- anything from grieving to fear gets made better. Find out what you like reading best and go for it. Never fails.

    Or go for a walk with some friends, or invite them over and cook something healthy and tasty.

    Try talking to someone or going for a walk to clear your head. Want to feel better on the outside? Drink some water or take a nice long bath/shower. Good luck

    adult males get morning erections. consistently have, consistently will. analyze have shown we get erections whilst slumbering (i think of four to six a evening). Supposedly, it relatively is the physique workout the 'kit' so as that all the areas improve, will artwork whilst needed.

    music always works for me, also go to a beach or a lake ect.. and get yourself a pile of rocks find a nice stick or brach and bat the rocks over the water. hit em as hard and as far as you can. this helps me. hope it helps you. : )
