How can I bust into the localized anime business here in the states?
I just wanted to know how I might get somehow involved with the anime business here in America, like maybe writing reviews professionally or voice acting or something similar that might get my foot in the door to a place like Funimation or Sentai Filmworks. Who should I talk to, where should I go?
I'm re-posting this since I didn't get much help last time.

If you want to voice act for funimation there's some rules like this Possess significant professional experience in live acting or voice acting, Live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Be at least 18 years old or have parental permission, http://voiceactingalliance.com/ can really help if you want input on voice acting ideas, sometimes http://animenewsnetwork.com/ will have opening's for writing reviews so you can check there, you can also check if http://www.fandompost.com/ has opening's on review writers, if you want to write reviews for practice or fun try writing it on http://myanimelist.net./ It's very complicated to become a voice actor but you can always practice and take lessons if you would need to professional experience is a key requirement in it. As for writing professionally it requires just as much hard work and finding opening's for writing reviews on anime or manga websites, so I hope you have good luck with getting into the anime business, I know I probably didn't help much but wanted to give you some advice.
