Working in the NICU..?

Is there a retirment plan? Is it a good salary? Are there good benefits ? Even if you dont work in the NICU if your just a registered nurse?

- i live in california..min wage is $8.00per hour

-NICU- neonatal intensive care unit

    most of your questions depend on what city, what hospital & what unit you work for.

    In my area, Northern NJ starts at $32 hr while in Souther NJ it is $22.50

    No retirement plan except for a 401K.

    No registered nurse gets minimum wage.. registered nurses are paid well, and have good benefits no matter what unit they work on. Try $30 an HR and up
