Lance Berkman is 'of the St. Louis Cardinals'. Where have you been the last two years?

Well if he resigns with the Cards he might get recognized as a Card if he puts up big numbers, just like Harry Caray spent more time with the Cards and announced along side Jack Buck, yet was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Cubs announcer cause I guess he's more famous for that

@Kip F, hence the term BIG numbers

Yep. He's one of the best switch-hitters in MLB history and should top 400 career homers by the time he retires. Since only three players (to date) have done that as a switch hitter --and two are HOFers with Jones a sure thing once her retires -- Berkman will cinch his spot once he hits #400.

Otherwise, he's still a good bet, but not a lock.

He's borderline. Had some good power years. Any tie to steroids and it's definitely no. No link and it's a maybe.

  • hmm nice question, hes kind of a borderline

If he does ... they better not consider him part of the "Astros" ... traitor!
