Any serious suggestion on what can I do to make my bed jog about a bit? Some readily available machine/adaptation/solution that will cause some motion to my bed, (I don't mean the mattress, just the bed frame) please.
Thanks.

I used to have a massage machine in my bed, you could look into that.

This may sound strange, but it does work.
Rock yourself to sleep. Get yourself settled and comfortable, then just gently rock yourself from side to side, as though you were travelling in a swaying railway carriage.
Use your imagination, you could be floating on a cloud, driving a racing car, just move yourself side to side.
Please try this, it does work, and hope it helps.
