How is Barack O'blamer as a new nickname for our POTUS?
After watching the Sunday shows, it sickens me to see how the government will not take responsibility for its actions when it makes me take responsibility for everything I own whether the government lets me control it or not.
KH, I agree with your statements, but you did not answer the question. Bush took the blame and basically said "I don't care". Oblamer ignores his role in all this spending and just wants to send invoices to someone else to pay future taxes. All his promises about transparency, fraud and waste were forgotten the day he swore into office.

It's not accurate, it's not correct, it's not funny.
If Bush hadn't eliminated $1.8 trillion in tax revenues because of the tax cuts given to the 2% of the wealthiest Americans, or started 2 wars on a credit card, or create a prescriptions program without funding it, then President Obama wouldn't have had to infuse the economy with a Stimulus Package.

Well look at the attached chart and see who is to blame. The largest chunk of the current deficit is due to GWB. The howling of the right about Obama's out of control spending is hypocritical. They passed tax cuts without offsets. They started two wars without considering how to fund them. They passed a Medicare Part D without any way to fund it. Then the main driver of the economy, the housing bubble collapsed. Now the next guy gets into office, he has a ton of unfunded financial obligations left to him by the previous president PLUS reduced revenues caused by the downturn.
It sickens me that Republicans cannot seem to see their roll in all this.

Stupid nickname.
That " O' " prefix (Gaelic for "son of") would suggest he's primarily Irish. That will confuse all the dittoheads who are trying to pretend he's Indonesian. Or maybe they don't know the difference between Ireland and Indonesia...
