People will say, that this doesn't restrict the Govt. from being able to utilize Gun Control laws, which wouldn't violate the Constitution since they don't outright ban guns. However this is also Not true, The Constitution clearly states, that this Right "shall not be infringed", The definition of infringe is to "Act so as to limit", Which means that any restrictions(limitations) placed on the Right to bear arms is a violation of the Constitution, Yet we are infringing via Licensing/Permits, and in some parts of the country, Govt. is only a few steps short of virtually banning Guns.

Since so many Americans own guns and would like to use them Obama has a new plan to rotate hundreds of thousands of gun-toten Americans to patrol our borders in Hum-vees so they can get in some practice.

And that way millions of Americans will be able to trade their BBQ sauce recipes and have shooting competitions right on the border. It will all be a lot of fun.

so the government has more power over the people. If they take away your second amendment rights then they could easily take away all of your rights because you wouldn't be able to defend them. Gun regulation doesn't prevent crimes. Criminals will still be able to get their hands on guns and it will only leave victims defenseless against criminals who want to hurt them.

He wants socialism. Banning guns would be a huge mistake. Not only would we have an economic crisis to deal with but a civil war as well. I know he comes up short in the intellect department but hopefully he isn't that stupid.
