Really sick! Cough coming back. What could this mean?

I have this cough that I got about 3 weeks after work. I went to the doctor and they said it was Bronchospastic Cough. I was prescribed ProAir inhaler and predinosone. I took the medicine and it slowly got better but only when on the medicine. I still had a slight cough when I was finally off the medicine but it was slowly gettin better. I just went back to work today and it came back again. (I just threw up from coughing typing this.)

Also a few other things... If i Somewhat pat on my chest... I have a whole numbing type feeling from my chest all the way up to my face mostly felt in my nose. Also from so much coughing in the past my stomach or gut hurts a bunch when I start coughing unless I hold down on the part where it will hurt while coughing.
