After you heal and your testicles return to normal from swelling due to the procedure. Every thing is the same. The firmness of your erection, the amount of your ejaculation. The only thing that changes is what you can't see and that is any live "swimmers" from which a woman can get pregnant. That is why a laboratory has to test your ejaculation after the procedure to confirm you have no live "swimmers", or sperm.

About half a million men get a vasectomy each year (just in the USA). Somehow I think the number would be much less if anything changed.
I had a vasectomy 25 years ago. Semen still comes out. It looks no different. It smells the same as before. I do not even have a scar.

Yes. Prostate fluid still comes out after a vasectomy. It's just doesn't have sperm mixed in it anymore. The sperm are still produced and then reabsorbed in the testes (nuts). During a vasectomy, the tube called vas deferens, that would normally carry the sperm to the prostate is cut and either tied or cauterized, blocking the sperm.

Your sex performance will not change at all. It is actually better because anytime and anywhere you can just have sex.
They will first shave the hair off on and around the testicles. You will get a shot in the area to numb the rest of the procedure. Then there will be a small incision so that they can clamp two ends of the vas deferens. They will snip the area in between the to clamps. After that they will cauterize the two ends and tie them off. Not every urologist will tie them off but most likely he will.
The fluid that is ejaculated is called semen.

Yes but there is no sperm in there, just the basic liquide that sperm is mixed with when you ejaculate.
I'm planning on geting it done so I asked. I don't want to have nothing coming out (sorry) and it's a question I wanted an answer to as well.
