When will atheists realize the Christ couldn't tolerate "religious" folk either?
Throughout history "religious" folk think they own God and have a divine right to see sin in others & condemn them constantly.Christ accurately described such people as "hypocrites & vipers"--not much has changed over time.

We can all read the New Testament and get a different idea of what it means. 8^)
I'm not Christian but I'm familiar with the story. Jesus was upset when he came to Jerusalem and found the leaders of his own religion were corrupt. He saw that they conflated a political message with their spiritual one, for their own self-aggrandizement, their own wealth and fame, and that really got his knickers in a knot. (Well, if he had worn knickers.) He denounced them in strong language, he made a scene, and it was that outburst that led to his demise.
It wasn't about being 'religious'. It was about twisting the spiritual message for political purposes. Jesus might or might not have known that the high priests of the Temple were appointed by the Romans.
But today it's Christians who twist the message. If Jesus came back today, the same guy, he would have the same anger for Pat Robertson and Jim Dobson and those guys, who make millions by endorsing one political party over another. And they would be first in line to hang him up again!

Only Jesus also said if you don't believe you will go to Hell. So there are tons of contradictions in the Bible. Here are supporting passages that say something bad will happen to you if you don't believe: (John 3:36, John 3:16, John 3:18, John 3:3, Mark 16:16, John 5:24, Acts 16:31, 1 John 5:13, 2 Chronicles 15:13)
Bible passages that describe an eternal Hell: (Daniel 12:2-3, Matthew 13:41-42, Matthew 18:8-9, Matthew 22:13, Matthew 25:41, 46, Mark 9:43-48, Luke 16:22-24, John 5:28-29, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, Revelation 14:10-11, Revelation 20:10, Revelation 20:14-15,Revelation 20:14, Revelation 21:8, Revelation 19:20, Revelation 20:10)

sturdy for me i'm able to doubtless say that I choose music it truly is somewhat "catchy" and incorporates factors that i will grab unto. i do no longer advise catchy as in a hook or a looping refrain even if rather an in intensity sound or type-unique element that my recommendations can latch unto and groove to.Sludge metallic working example has the "heaviness" element and sluggish, crunchy sound that I placed i've got liked ever because of the fact my first few listens to Black Sabbath. i'm now no longer in simple terms going to hearken to a song provided that I in simple terms like the lyrics or the drums sections is prolific or diverse reasons that persons have indexed as to why they pay attention to a particular music. as destructive to that my flavor is incredibly fairly some even if i'm best 19 so it truly is regardless of the certainty that very plenty development and progressing. best now, i'm open to easily approximately something. i'm now no longer fairly set on any particular ideology or despite of that type. some thing sounds in simple terms magnificent i will bump it. I already knew that Jesus didn't like the Pharisees and the Pharisees didn't like him either. It's pretty well documented in the Gospels. I believe it's in Matthew where he makes a big scene and starts flipping over stone tables and such. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wrong. Jesus just called out the Pharisees who didn't recognize that authority exists to serve God. God called upon deacons, priests, and bishops to minister to His people in the New Testament after Jesus' ascension and the founding of His Church. Read your Bible, O Enlightened One.
If you're trying to win over atheists' hearts by showing them they can relate to our Savior, well, you're simply being foolish.

I know, but I kind of don't care about Jesus' opinions since I don't follow his teachings.
