Opinions on my High School Four-Year plan?
I'm a straight-A student throughout Elementary and Middle School. I am the smartest or second smartest one in my grade. I am extremely good at Math and Science and I'm looking for a Structural Engineering degree in a Ivy League or really good college.
For my Freshman year I'm currently taking:
Algebra 2 Honors
Biology Honors (all freshmen in my school are reacquired to Bio)
American Literature
Spanish Native Language 9
AP European History
Debate 1st semester, Health second semester
Physical Education
Sophomore Year I plan to take all the courses that set me up for APs in Science
Pre-Calculus
Physics 1
Chemistry 1
World Literature
Spanish NL 10
AP World History
(elective of my choice)
Junior Year I plan on taking said APs
Calculus
AP Physics
AP Chemistry
English Literature
Spanish NL 11
AP US History
(elective of my choice)
Senior Year I look to finish what I have started
AP Statistics
AP Biology
AP Government
English Composition (although I am not too sure)
Spanish NL 12
(elective of my choice)
(elective of my choice)
Also for the electives I only need to take a year and a half of Computers and a year of Fine or Applied Arts, so I can take AP Art, Math for Global Econ, or AP Psychology; which of these should I consider most?
Thanks, on some forums I've gotten reactions like "Wow slow down dude, you don't need that to get through high school" But really, this is what I want, this will GET me where I want, I successful engineer living comfortably. This will change though as my school my not be able to fit me into some of the classes I want and they might add some classes I want, so nothing is set in stone.

Freshman- looks good, personally I'd drop European for either ap psych or ap human, both are gpa boosters and have really easy exams (got 5s on both). My other tip is to see if your school offers engineering as an elective or has an engineering club such as TSA. Im looking into the field of engineering and have gotten 3 years of exposure and will have the option for an internship next year.
Sophomore- good, should prepare you for a harder junior year. Again if you can i recommend taking psych or human as elective gpa boosters.
Junior- first off by school does not offer an on level calculus, you take either ap AB or ap AB/BC, obviously your school is different. That said at my school AP physics requires students to be taking or have previously taken an AP level calculis. Physics is hard and the exam is difficult, it will more then likely be the most challenging course you take in high school (assuming you don't take calc AB/BC). If you liked honors chemistry then you will like/do well in ap, the labs are more difficult but you are building on the same concepts. AUSH is more detail oriented then ap world but it shouldn't cause you too much trouble.
Senior year- Stat is a combination of reading comprehension and math so if you are good at both youll do well. Haven't taken gov or bio so no idea, heard bio is difficult.
My suggestion is to consider adding AP lang to your junior schedule, the exam is easy and the class is probably one of the easier aps, at least at my school. I also recommend taking either Ap calc AB or AB/BC senior year. Although they are difficult, engineering schools will expect you to have taken high level math. You'll have a lot of studying to do but don't worry it manageable. Good luck
