a Capricorn-Aquarius (born January 19th) who has wasted a whole year dating and changing for an Aquarius?

i've wasted all this time changing and adjusting myself to fit this aquarius that i've dated for a year. we broke up 4 months ago, and i'm over the break-up......but when i talk to my old friends, who were taurus's, pisces, sagittarius's even aries, it's not the same anymore. my perfect match is supposed to be a taurus, and now i don't even know how to talk to one anymore...now when i talk to ppl i have to ask myself "what would I have done?" and i feel like i'm not perfect for anybody anymore. :'( does anyone have any advice on how i can find myself again? cuz i need help a.s.a.p :(
