There isn't any. Unlike Bush nd the GOP, Obama isn't handing out "stimulus checks" to people who are too lazy to work. he is trying to implement a jobs creation bill for those who will mae an effort to help themselves.

Democrats are still in the process of counting it all before they can spread it all around.
