Ive been having a lot of pain?
in the middle of my back the last few days. It usually starts around 6 hours into my work day ( I'm a cashier) and continues to get worse until I get off 2 hours later. By the time i get home I'm pretty much stuck on the couch on the heating pad just trying to lessen the pain. I have tried Tylenol, heating pad and warm baths and they all help but the relief if very temporary plus the only one that i can do while at work is Tylenol. I'm 32 weeks and still have 2 weeks left at work. Any advice on how to get through these last couple of weeks without coming home in tears?

I have a job where I am required to stand for long periods of time as well. I got a note from my DR stating that I shoudl have a stool to sit on, and I also bought a maternity belt that helps when I have to move a lot, or work out. I would look into both of those options. Good Luck!!

Please do not take medicine as these medicine has direct side effect.
Best to consult Gynae Dr and take max rest so that everything goes smoothly.
2 weeks rest is better than suffer undesired at work and create unnecessarily complication at later stage.
