None. Exercise is VERY important. If you can't exercise, cut down on your calorie intake. You only loose weight if you burn more than you eat. Eat a healthy diet with fruits and veggies, whole GRAIN bread, and lean meats.
The next part is important. WATER ONLY. OR, skim milk, OR water with lime or lemon. ABSOLUTELY NO SODA! (One soda everyday, can account for forty pounds gained)
The bottom line is diets are cheap, stupid fads that people get rich on at YOUR expense. Eat as nature intended, and your body will look as nature intended.
I do this myself. I work out very hard as well, so instead of loosing, I've replaced it with muscle. ( I did loose nine pounds in two months though)

Track calories 1200-1400 per day and get as much incidental exercise (walking instead of driving, parking farther, standing instead of sitting, taking stairs, etc.) as you can. I would aso take a one a day vitamin as well. If you keep your calories in that range and walk/cycle you will lose weight.
