Ice diapers for potty training?

My friend was telling me she heard of these diapers you can get for children who just will not use the potty. They said once the child pees in the diaper, the diaper gets cold which makes it very uncomfortable, and the child will want to use the toilet. I cannot find these anywhere, so does anyone know where I can find these?

I think they sell them at stores like KMart, Walmart, Shopko and Target. They are called Huggies Pullup Cool Alert,

I found some at walmart when I was potty training my twin sons. I couldnt find them anywhere else. My own personal experience with them, my sons peed in them and changed into a new one, we had better luck going from a diaper to big boy underwear.
