wife has belly flab, and needs help removing it.?
Hell of a title..
My wife has the donut around her abdomen. She is a small person.
She eats a egg and piece of plain toast for breakfast, a bowl of simple soup for lunch , and has 3 ritz crackers and 1 carrot for dinner. Sunday thru friday. Saturday we get to cook steaks on the grill and she will eat a steak and a baked potatoe. breakfast and lunch is the same as the rest of the week.
She has more energy then ive ever seen, she cleans inside the house outside the house on the roof many days, picks up the gum balls in the yard anything to stay super busy,,
she does the P90X, everyday. She runs on the treadmill for 1 mile EVERYDAY. She uses the Weight Bench EVERYDAY,,,
For 7 years or more she has always weighed 120-125 lbs (she weighs herself everyday), this number has never moved from this. She got pregnant at 30 and lost the baby and her body has never been the same since. she is very small framed. 5'-5". Her WHole family are very big though, so may be in the genes, but she will kill herself i promise before she allows herself to get any bigger. someone help me here, what other options are their??
She will never stop until the belly flab is gone, And I will never see any food in this house until she gets what she wants. The house is bare as she does not want to smell food, as Im being evil to her if i eat a good smelling meal in the house.
How is this possible, their is almost no one in the universe as active as her, and works out as her, and eats as little as her, and has as much energy as her, yet she cant reach the perfect body, or at least ribs sticking out or something. if she cheats on food or something and takes a few days off she gains 4-5 lbs instantly, then she starves and works out even more..??
She refuses to go to the doctor though, so dont say that, just give me other ideas to toss at her..

first I am no expert. With that saide sounds like she is over working herself and not eating enough.
I know it is weird but not eating will not help you loose weight.look up eating plans that allow her enough nutrients to maintain 120-125 pounds. notice I did not say diet. too many people think diet means do not eat and that is bad.

Sorry, but if that's what she's telling you she's eating, she's lying to you. A person can't survive on that little food, unless the bowl of soup she's having is huge, thick, and full of beans or meat. She would look like a skeleton no matter how much steak she eats on Saturday. She'd be losing five pounds a week on that diet, and would get malnutrition.

Sounds like her body is in starvation mode and is trying to store fat. She needs to eat more, small MEALS (not carrot stick and toast) through out the day. She also needs to add more protein to her diet.
