Yes ...but not by exercising alone . You have to clean up your diet as well .

Diet and exercise are certainly key.
Turns out a major contributor to cellulite is genetic. I didn't know that until recently.
So yes someone with a healthy body fat percentage and BMI (body mass index) can still have cellulite.
Like most other predisposed genetic issues, do the best you can.
