My water broke, no one is really awake to answer my questions?
I called my midwife who said to wait it out until morning. Well I tried sleeping and slept for a little less then 2 hours before the contractions... well 'cramps' woke me up. That is still what they feel like, really bad cramps. I was getting worried so was restlessly sleeping because I wasn't keeping times on them, but now that I am awake they are definitely still inconsistent. They were very painful in my half daze too but seem to lighten up a bit when I got up.
I am leaking thru like everything! I just went to the bathroom and there was blood on the towel I was using. Normal? Nothing to worry about right??
midwife told me to wait it out til morning. I am unsure if I am having true contractions because they feel like period cramps... bad cramps. but i dont think it is anything to have to rush to the hospital just yet...

LABOR Has started... You need to go to the hospital ASAP. Your water broke, which means after too long your baby is prone to infections. And a little blood at the beginning is normal I think. Its called your bloody show. BUT GO TO THE Hospital!!! Your midwife is crazy... Babies don't "Wait till morning..."

Your "bloody show" it's normal if it's like a mucusy discharge but other then that that's Not exactly a good sign please go to the hospital so they can at least just check on you I hope your babies okay :(((

to me it sounds like ur water is breaking if ur midwife wont wake up and take care ov u like she is supposed to call an ambulance or wake someone up in ur house and have them take u ... strapping u down to a bed isnt how they birth children ... if u want to have him/her at home call the hospital and get their opinion... if ur water has broken all the way and u dont give birth ... it could hurt your baby good luck
