If you like Japanese horror films like The Ring or The Grudge, I can recommend Infection, Audition, Dark Water (the original, not the one with Sandra Bullock) and especially the Korean film A Tale of Two Sisters.
I really liked Let The Right One In, and I thought the remake Let Me In was almost (but not quite) as good.

Eden Lake is really good, although in my opinion its not such much a horror as a gory cat-and-mouse action thriller, but the suspense is just cranked up and up the whole time and is really exciting.
