Do you have to refrigerate soy milk after it's been opened?

    Usually, yes.

    Some of them don't have to be refrigerated BEFORE opening, but I have never had soy milk that didn't need to be refrigerated after opening.

    Read the package. It's not actually milk; it's soy beans. But if it needs to be refrigerated, it will say so on the package.

    Yes or else it'll go bad.

    It tastes better cold anyway :)
