Is drinking too much milk bad for you?
I drank about 12 cups in the last 24 hours. I'm desperately trying to gain weight (really underweight) - I"m just wondering if there's a side effect. I understand the amount of fat in the milk is large, but that's just what I need. I workout twice a week and bike daily.
I'm also eating a lot of peanuts, snacks with oils, etc.
And if I COULD have seconds, I would, I don't understand how people can just "have seconds" I'm full by my first plate - I never go for the buffet option when eating out.
No one really explained WHY it is bad? Baby's drink milk all the time, isn't it our nature?

Don't gain weight with Milk! Gain weight with peanut butter, or liquid oils...Because you will gain weight faster, and you won't get bad saturated fat in excess. Milk is good for you...excess of anything seldom is...
