Cosplay help? Blonde with blue eyes teen or pre-teen?

I would like some idead for cosplay

Blue eyes, i can wear contacts but i prefer not to they make my eyes feel weird in a bad way.

I like anime with:

Blood, Gore, Fantasy, super powahs, cats, ecchi is fine, romance is fine,

NOTHING GIRLY I BEG OF YOU

No Shugo chara, no mermaid melody, sailor moon is cool but im not gona cosplay her. No tokyo mew mew, no pretty sure, or whatever the hell you people watch!

If they have hilights in thier hair its fine, i can do that just not dying all my hair its too much for meh

im pretty flat chested still just 32A i cant do big boobs da*mmit TT__TT ((sorry, it theres one cuss word in here besides hell yahoo will delete the question))

I sew all my costumes, so nothing TOOO complex but it doesn have to be super easy i can do frilly dresses ect. but nothing with all these super detailed designs and stuff O___O Im not tha good with fabric paint...

I usually fall for the villan, or the creepy guy that nobody likes form an anime. The undertaker form Kuroshitsuji has allways beena favorite of mine, same with Nekozawa soo
