Does this sound like rosacea?
I have small bumps on my cheeks and chin and always have a flushed look. This is a constant and never varies. I don't notice flare ups because it always looks that way. It has been this way for about a decade.
I can't afford a doctor for this and looking for at-home, natural treatments.
It's difficult looking in the mirror and being disgusted by what I see :(

Don't be disgusted with yourself Hun! It does sound like rosacea heres a tip to try ;) get yourself a facial (motor) scrubber the vibration from it should get your circulation moving and maybe break up the blood under the skin
