What is love........?

It's when you never want to be apart from someone.

First off, I'm mad at all the people that were able to say "Baby don't hurt me" before I was.

Now, for the real deal.

Love has different meanings to different people. I think love is an action, not just an emotion. In my opinion, it's not something you simply fall into. It's not an occurrence. As a friend of mine says "Love is a choice. The butterflies in your stomach aren't, but that's not love."

I think that love is something you choose. No matter who you love or whether that love is mutual, it takes work and it's never completely easy.

Oh and "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Love is long suffering and kind is not jealous.. Does not take account of the injury, does not get puffed up is not prideful. Love hopes all things believes all things and endures all things love never fails. When i was a babe ect ect...

Is this a philosophical question or a sing-a-long? Yee-haw....I guess. Let's indulge ourselves and see if we can actually spark some neurons; just for sh!ts and giggles. I think love, in that context, is just caring more for someone else's welfare over your own.
