Disoriented for 3 weeks.?

I have, for the past few weeks been really disoriented. I wake up really dizzy and nauseous. I have been really forgetful and have even forgotten almost every detail of some days (such as waking up and forgetting what I did the past few days). My mind has been running slower at some points. Somedays I wake up extremely disoriented and dizzy and throw up and stay that way all day, others I will just be slightly dizzy all day. You can rule out morning sickness, I am a male. You can rule out drugs and alcohol, I ship out to basic soon and have already been tested for drugs, and I volunteer firefight and am on call all the time so I can't drink either. A lot of people are noticing a yellowish tint in my eyes as well that isn't normal. I know your not all doctors but what would you think this sounds like? I can't go see a doctor either, I don't want to worry anybody with that.

Update:

Is hepatitis a STD? I dont have any of those I got tested for them plus I havent had sex yet. Also medical attention is NOT an option, trust me on that. Also forgot to mention but my appetite has also decreased dramatically in these past few weeks as well, not sure if that is nessecary detail or not though.

Yellow tint to your eyes suggests liver failure. Maybe HEP A/B/C?

You need to see a doctor - You are having neurological problems, on top of the yellow tint. It could be something simple, or could be serious as cancer. My uncle had a fast growing brain tumor and it started with simple things like forgot how to use the microwave, forgot how to say grace at dinner, and then he forgot what he had done during the day. The yellow tint is a possible sign of liver or other failure. You need to get medical attention asap. My son is fixing to deploy so I know if this turns out major you could lose your chance for the military, but it's better than the alternative...go to a doctor.

This sounds bad but try lifting him a few inches off the ground and gently dropping him. If he leans to one side he may have a neurological problem. I had a kitten that was acting similar and the doctor saw that it was leaning when moved like i described. My kitten died so best of luck to you and may whatever deity you believe in be with you.
