How to get better tv reception with Charter?
So, We got cable today for the first time in almost 20 years.
We signed up with charter because that is all that we can get where we live. We signed up for Basic cable.
We get the food network channel, but it is fuzzy. The sound comes in perfect, and the picture is almost there, but just bad enough that it's annoying. Will rabbit ears work? Is there anything else we could try? (We have a vizio tv if that means anything)
Thanks for your time :)

Hopefully it's just a lose wire. See if it's connected tightly in the back of the TV.
The rabbit ears, are for if you DON'T have cable. They will not in anyway help cable reception.

Call them and complain.
There should be no problems with reception with cable.
Most likely, unfortunately, the problem is probably with the physical cables in your walls.
