Red Bulls, five Hr Energy, Coffees, Teas, TV, Internet, Phone, Ipod, Computer ?? did I pass over some thing so that you can be wakeful ? And yeah Go out for a stroll ... to put out of your mind the Missy Sleepie !! replacing the atmosphere maintains you clear of sleep, being at residence while you see your mattress (equal the episode wherein Tom of Tom and Jerry falls asleep each time se sees mattress) You would get tempted to sleep. Cheers!

stretching and being active. (nothing crazy though) thats what I did. Walking in place and work out videos for pregnant women can be fun.
