Where can I (locally instead of online) an objective lens?
My son has a science experiment due THIS WEEK and I need to buy these items:
objective lens: 38 mm diameter X 300 mm focal length
eyepiece lens (size of a 10X tripod magnifier)
Can't order online because I need to buy it today. Any suggestions?!

Go to a large toy store, buy a suitably sized refracting telescope and take it apart (and put it together again! ;D ). They're all cheap garbage now - perfect for the application. Next time, try here:
