give it some more time for the anti biotics to kick in. for now let him rest and check up on him afterwords. if his fever hasn't broken and he hasn't tried to eat or drink anything you should probably go and see a different vet. also make sure there is water accessible to him at all times.
i hope everything works out and he gets better soon:(

That fever is an emergency. You need to get him to and emergency vet right now. Meanwhile, cool wet towels draped all over him and especially along his spine, groin area and head. If it is hot in your place with no AC, put a fan on him. He needs help and that fever needs to be broken otrherwise he may go into seizures at 105 degree temp.

Medically, there is no link between teething and fevers. My kids, apparently didn't get that memo. Every time they were teething, they spiked a high fever. So my answer is "it's possible". But I'm not a doctor, nurse and someone who is anywhere near the medical profession. This is just based on my experiences in life with 2 teething babies.

That is a life-threatening fever. He should be hospitalized. At the very least he needs to be soaked in cool (not cold) water in either a bathtub or with a shower or hose. Be prepared for the worst if he is not hospitalized where there is 24/7 monitoring and care.

Call your vet right now! Call the nearest emergency vet as well for a second opinion. I would try to cool him off by wetting his paws and letting the water evaporate.
If you aren't satisfied with your vet's explanation or treatment then go to another vet! If you think something is wrong then something might be wrong.
You can hold your dog's ears up and open, aim a fan at his face and hold his ears open. Give him ice to chew on or a frozen kong if he will lick it he could cool off. You can wet his tummy with cool water and then as the water evaporates off of his skin it will cool him off. You don't want him to just be sopping wet though because that won't cool him off- the point is for the water to evaporate from your dog's skin.

Poor baby!!! On a positive note, at least she's getting it all out of the way at once. It sounds viral to me, along w/ teething. Alternate Motrin and Tylenol to keep her temp down and it will pass soon. Teething should only cause a low grade fever.

I suggest looking up the antibiotics the vet gave you on the internet and see how powerful they are and maybe say on here what they are so people know how powerful they are. and get vsome cool towels and put them over your dog or in a bath tub that has cool water anjd soome ice bit id your dog starts to shiver then take him out and warm him witha hair dryer on low heat. Also i suggest going to a different vet one that tells you what they think is wrong with your dog hope this helps.
